I'll quietly voice an interest in this, now that I've had chance read all the rules and regs, if someone is in need of a team mate. I have a few cars that fit into the regs. but I don't know how competitive they will be, so if someone also has a vehicle they'd like to use I'd happily jump in too.
Other than that, is it possible to enter as a one privateer team? (I know it says 2 man team, but it was just a thought)

Yes you can. You would have plenty of time to find a teammate because teams get their lowest 2 scores dropped, just make sure you send me your details

i really don`t mind who i partner but i`d quite like to team up with lucy. i still feel bad after shunting you off in two different races in bttc series so if can team up might be able to make amends for that
i also don`t have a clue what cars are quick in a class (or any class) and as always happy to jump in owt but whichever car gaz/chris don`t go with out of the two might be good idea to jump in that

The three top cars I found to compete against the Lotus would be either:

Honda NSX GT
Porsche Cayman R
Porsche Boxster

There's others that are pretty good but after severe testing and heavy tuning, those three are the best competitors, sound cheap for using one of these three then just consider the cars that will take pole for top times are ahead of these with:

Lotus 2 Eleven
Lotus 99
Lotus Exige
Lotus 199
Lotus Evora

So if you look you can see the NSX and the Porsche only come in at 6th best overall if lucky, I for one will NEVER own a lotus, too easy to drive and the PI system for the power to weight ratio is flawed, so for me it'll have to be one of the first three, unless I can pull something out my ass and get the Saleen S5S down to a competitive standard as its the only mid-engined V8 I can think of that would come close.

Just need to let u know though that i still don't know how many weeks i can take part because i still don't know when I'm moving and more importantly what my shifts are as long as u don't mind maybe running on your own some weeks i reckon we will make a brill team
For the above reason, i am happy for u to take the lead and register us and pick a car. Chris' choices are all brill...my love of Porsches is occasionally mentioned and the nsx unicorn is awesome too or u might have your own ideas?

PS sorry about my lack of commitment, i will completely understand if u wanna team with someone else

No probs lou. If SI doesn't pull his weight we can relegate him to 3rd mechanic I'll be crew chief.

I'd appreciate if you could send me your details if your racing. I won't stop you joining if you dont but it will make things easier for me. Also, if it's not obvious your teamed up I can't count your result to a team score
