Lol, who is driving the Mentos livery?
I mix the colours and flavours for Mentos.

Yep. That's me. It's normally red and blue, but here I changed it to celebrate St. Patrick's day. It also says Chupa Chups on the bonnet, who are owned by the same company, but you probably knew that.
I hope you get free packets Dave, as a sign of gratitude.

Off subject (and very cheeky request), I was wondering if u had time (please don't if u haven't/don't want to) could you take some pics of Sundays racing? I know Si and myself both said last night how we miss it when u aren't racing because the photos you take afterwards are awesome and you seem to have the nack/skill of seeing shots that I know I certainly never can I know it is a cheeky request, but I thought 'if you don't ask you don't get' so i've asked teehee I hope you take this as the compliment I meant it to be and not just think cheeky cow
It's funny you should ask such a thing, because they're uploading as I type. Don't worry Lucy. I know that you mean it in the best interest. I don't think you're capable of being a cheeky cow.

Re: Friday Night Fun (and other stuff too)
Okay. Here we go. It's been a busy/hectic couple of weeks, hence my absence mid-week, and also I sacrificed Sebring to watch round 1 of MotoGP (bike racing always takes precedence over Forza), but I managed to find an hour or so today to catch up with a bit of the back log. If you want more, just ask and I shall find the time.
Nordschleife, GT Race One
Chris leading the armada of snarling GT cars through turn 1.
Lucy and Baz in close company during the early stages.
It would seem Maynard has left us, but this stream of 4 cars was too good to pass up.
Si's pink Panoz going round the Carousel.
Scott in chase of Lucy.
Lucy demonstrates the correct way, and quite possibly one of the best ways to take the kerbs.
While Gaz demonstrates how not to do it. The caption "You're doing it wrong" seems to fit well here.
I tend not to put myself in the limelight, but every once in a while I turn a little narcissistic.
Gaz's (rather beaten looking) Porsche leading Si's Panoz, with Lucy and Chris in pursuit.
Sebring, GT race 2
It would seem in my absence, not only have people changed cars, but also the liveries have changed too. I've got to say, Jason's and Baz's look aawwweesome.
Jason leading the pack round on the first lap.
Thought I'd take a closer look at some of the new liveries.
ID may have stuck with the Viper, but it's still one of the best paint on the grid.
Close racing at the hairpin.
That's all I had time for. I can do some more if you require.

Re: Friday Night Fun (and other stuff too)
Sundays Evo Cup race was a truly eventful race. From my perspective, 6th to 2nd by the exit of turn 1, with 4 laps to go I was still 2nd, but ultimately finished 5th. (GT images will follow at a later date)
Right from the start there was paint being swapped.
Having seen what happened to Si, how on earth he managed to climb back up to third is beyond my understanding.
Lucy led for a good portion of the race.
Alex was more than holding his own until he got an ill-timed phone call.
Gaz, pure and simply driving round the outside of me.
There was action throughout the whole race. Mark and Lucy traded places a good few times.
Si creeping up from behind, lurking with intent.
I was able to keep Gaz in sight for a while, but too many errors from myself, and consistently quick laps from him meant he just pulled away.
Whilst Gaz pulled away, it was all about to get very close for 2nd.
The last 4 laps were pretty close, and positions were still changing on the last lap.
The view Gaz had coming out the final corner.
Meanwhile, this bunch of nutters were still charging to the line.

Re: Friday Night Fun (and other stuff too)
Okay, so here's some images from GT race 1. I normally only do one GT race, but I'll be doing some of the 2nd race too, since both races were quite eventful. Also, I never really look at my Forza images and think "Hey, they're good", but I do like these ones.
The pack streaming through turns one and two.
Regardless of the fact that Baz didn't do it, his car still looks awesome.
That was until he decided he didn't want to be behind Lucy anymore, allowing Si to scamper through the middle.
The two car incident oh so nearly became a three car incident. It felt a lot closer at the time then it looks here though.
Gaz attacking the last chicane. (For me, the Forza graphics don't always look that great; but if you get the right balance in photo mode it can look really quite good. Especially the lights)
Alex kicking up the dirt.
The fans really seem to enjoy the racing. Particularly Si's ship.
Mark's barge chasing down Gaz's catamaran.
Watching the replay, it seemed Scott and Alex swapped places a good few times.
After the lap one incident I was constantly playing catch up.
Which did lead to myself, Gaz and Mark getting fairly close towards the end of the race.
Lucy, also recovering from the lap one incident, played the long game with her stint, which nearly paid off.

Re: Friday Night Fun (and other stuff too)
Here's some images from GT race 2. The are a few shots in here I really like. (I am posting these in a slightly different way since my Forza Flickr account is full, so I hope it works)
Lucy's pocket rocket Porsche jumps into the lead for turn 1.
By the right handed crest onto the back straight though, Baz had taken the lead.
Meanwhile, a little further back, Gaz lead the tightly bunched field.
The fact that every car in this shot is pointing at a different angle either means that none of us can drive that well, or it's really tight close racing.
Throughout the early part of the race Lucy was pretty much impossible to get passed. Quick in all the right places... or wrong places as far as I was concerned.
And so, Baz still lead the race.
Mr. Cobra in his Audi.
This is the view I had for the first 6 laps of the race. Staring at Lucy's derriere. I think it's one of only very few occasions when a lady is happy and willing for a man to look at her back end for prolonged periods of time. (I'm sorry Lucy; but the opportunity arose)
Alex nearly had the perfect race. Kept out of trouble at the start and was putting in some real quick times.
Got to say Cobra, your Audi looks real good. Hope the Jag ends up looking as good.
Gaz tanking it down the straight, with Si and Cobra clearly having a fun scrap in the background.
The artsy-fartsy approach for Si's Viper. Some liveries just suit this style more than others. (Just noticed Si. You're carrying the TORA windscreen vinyl. Are you moonlighting? Something you're not telling us? )
Oh yeah. And Baz is still leading. He had to pit at some point though.
As did Magico. When he did eventually pit, upon exiting the pit lane it was mighty mighty close between the two of us.
At this point in the race, things very nearly took a turn for the worse.
This was Baz's attempt to break the tow, and when it came to the braking zone, it oh so nearly became a very big accident.
It's a good job Baz uses cockpit view. Had he been using the chase cam, he may have had to get a new pair of Calvin Kleins.
And for those who heard it over the mic. but didn't see it, this is what happened between Alex and myself. I still kind of feel I was partly to blame for this, but I had no-where to go. Sorry again Alex. Did feel quite sorry considering how well you'd driven.
After all of this, resulted in a win for Scott who must have just quietly got on with the job in hand.

Brill Daniel and re the rear comment...when the derriere is as cute as a 911's its totally understandable Certainly looked a lot better in race 2 than it did in race 1 after Baz used it as a brake

Excellent photos Dan! Cheers for the comment on the paint, I made it for the standard Audi so doesn't quite fit well enough on the alm version. Hope to have something special for the jaaaaaaaaaaag

Re: Friday Night Fun (and other stuff too)
A handful of photos from the Evo race and the GT race. Like clockwork
Evo Race
Si, Baz and Gaz lead on the opening lap.
With the rest of the pack streaming through the quick esses round the back of the circuit.
It looked like pretty close racing, as always in the Evo race.
Not sure how well this one works, but hey, there you go.
By half race distance, it looked pretty conclusive that Baz would be first, with Si second.
Third place though. Anybodies.
GT Race
The GT field has definitely filled out in my absence. The number of Jags has tripled! What hasn't changed though is Lucy's blistering starts.
Mark and Cobra were pretty close early on in the race.
With little scuffs and tussles going on throughout the field. (Note the floating Jag in the distance )
It seemed Lucy had the race wrapped up.
But there were one on one duels going on here and there.
