I'm getting mine from toys r'us due to having the love2shop vouchers and a mates brother working there so using his 5% discount. Just found out last night that they've just got stock in, so may end up with one before Xmas

disclaimer ------forza 5 is utter garbage, forza 5 is a half arsed attempt at a game, microsoft have no support whatsoever for forza branded merchandise so i refuse to be held responsible for you`re un-happiness if you buy this.

if anyone on here is considering buying an xbone for forza alone then my true and honest advice is DON`T. i have loved all previous forza games but fm5 is rubbish. my personal advice would be to buy a ps3 and gt6 as it truly is 10x better than forza atm.

Well im totally new to console / Racing game and have went with the Xbox / Forza 5 ( maybee due to Drive club delay ) and last week i finally caved in and bought the TX wheel for £250 , after playing Forza 5 with the stick and now to the wheel i miss the sensation of when the brakes start to skid when using the wheel vs the controller , but driving ways i prefer the wheel , but i do however miss the Comms side of it like what were MS smoking when they released the Xbox one without proper headset support and u have to use that toy that came with it,, with which you CANNOT use at the same time as the wheel due to the controller conflict..

I have an suggestion if u sign in as u, and use the wheel/join the party to get race invites. Then sign in a 2nd profile with the controller and headset. Join party also with controller and (if it works) hey presto chat with headset, race with wheel Im sure that used to work on 360?

Sometimes it can make more sense as a comedy.

I know its seems daft to say this what with all the niggles with XB and the lack of me friendly games at the mo, but no i don't. As much as this is frustrating, i really enjoy playing with u guys and if i got a PS i couldn't. That is genuinely the reason i stayed Xbox ultimately

That seems like a good enough reason to me. Game's are great on your own, but if you've got liked minded people that enjoy the same thing, it can only be a positive.

I was just wondering, before I actually may take the plunge and go for a new console. Think it'll be Betamax for me too.

Well done Daniel I do miss racing with the others from FM4, especially you and Lars! Personally I think for all it's flaws the Xbone is still achieving more than the PS4 which is not problem free itself, especially with game selection being even worse than the Xbone.

 Do it dan. I've got a wheel now and have finally calibrated it and Forza is now brill for me. Still 2 secs slower than si though but I'm getting faster every day

I can vouch for that, he was that quick last night that the xbox couldn't even show him on screen

Kinect-less xbone to be released in June for £350. Time for Dan to join the party I think!
