Superstar series, weds @ 7.30

As myself and a few others did a fair bit of testing for the possability of series 6 being a superstars one i`ve been recently thinking it`s a shame to let all the time and effort go to waste. so, i`m thinking of setting up a championship to be run on wednesday nights for about 5/6 weeks starting at our usual time of 7.30 with two races. each race will be aprox. 25mins, both with mandatory pit stops, race one reverse championship order and race two reverse grid.

all the cars feature in the actual superstars series ( info found >>>   HERE   <<< ) and will be balanced to have as equal power to weight ratio as possible. one or two cars from the actual series aren`t in forza and one has been left out as it was just so much quicker.

porsche panamera

each car will have a set build, tuning is allowed. the twist being that you have to use a different car each week and can`t use any car twice.

that`s the basics and i`ll post up more once i can judge how much interest there is.

All cars have a PWR, give or take around 335.

main aim for this is to just jump in a car and go race with as much fun as possible

they brought out the game for the xbox, truly awful, but had such promise, cracking cars with some of the best tracks!
Loving the idea of a V8 series..but not sure I can do it, when you hoping to start it?

prob be in couple weeks paul, about start of next month.

Will attend as many as possible for this

just a quick post to say i haven`t forgotten about this and should be ready by the weekend to post final details and be ready for sign ups.

any new members please feel free to get involved as it may be a nice relaxed championship to start off with as you can just jump in the cars and have some fun competitive racing.

Sounds like fun, takes alot of painting to do aswell I'm in!

i`m thinking three shortish races with grids consisting of qualy order - reverse - race two finish (pit stop)

race length of approx 15mins.

The M5. Is that the V10 one? The old V8 one? Or the new V8 turbo?

Also, there is no build for the M3. Not that I'll be using it, but for anyone that does want to use it, a build sheet would be handy.

Can't believe you haven't got susuka in your track list!

can replace a track with it paul, didn`t make the list as it doesn`t have too many passing opportunities.

tried to pick tracks that are passing friendly and easy to drive. don`t mind changing any before friday though.

There's loads of overtaking places on susuka, into first corner! Through the sss's, no, into the harpin, even into spoon curve( you'd have to brave for that one) and the chicane with a good exit out of 130R, it's not a driver's track for nothing!

Can't take part in this as 2 of the cars are DLC's, and I don't have them, gutted( I ain't buying them as M$ will be getting enough money out of me this year) although I could run the same car twice?

Think you'll be ok Paul 5 tracks and 10 cars to choose from its a different car each week as oppose to each race looking at the rules.
