Forza 5 Wishlist.

So after a small discussion this morning about when this is coming out it got me thinking what improvements need to be made. So after about half hour worth of thought I have come up with these feel free to add your own opinions below.

A reset lobby points option.
An ability to tune whilst in the online lobby.
A more accessible handicap system as its just power and grip at the mo.
More wheels and to be able to paint standard rims.
More real life tracks.
More interesting fictional tracks.
Day/night cycle
If the above is in working headlights.

oooooo, a Forza 5 wish list. I can see this getting out of hand and mods locking it

Whilst I'm here.

• If you put one Group B car in, you've got to put 'em all in. And that includes both road trim, and full race trim, since trying to make the road going C class Peugeot competitive with the R3 Quattro just doesn't work.
  Quattro S1 (E2), Ti16 Evo2, RS200, 6R4, Delta S4, Lancia 037, 5 Turbo Maxi 2, Opel Manta.
  
• Personally speaking, we don't need facelifts of the same car. There are too many Clios, Civics, Focus' etc. The solution. Cars like the Mk1 Golf Gti pretty much fit in their own category, so introduce the real life competitors to the game. Fiesta mk1 XR2 for example, which leads to Astra mk1 GTE, 205 GTi. Also, a first generation Holden would be pretty cool to compete against the Mustang, Camaros etc.
  
• I know it's spoken of too much, but some form or rally. Be it stage rally, or rally cross. It is after all called Forza Motorsport, and rallying is after all one of the most popular form of motorsport.
  
• Circuits, obviously. And as much as I'd love to see circuits like Spa and/or Bathurst, I can't see them happening. Logistically they are a huge area to map accurately, and they only have one configuration. So perhaps smaller venues with multiple configurations will be more realistic. One set of scanning/mapping, resulting in multiple track configurations. Oulton Park, Yas Marina (Abu Dabi), Eastern Creek, Circuit of the Americas, Sepang... hell even Angelsey has multiple configurations at one venue.

certainly fuel consumption and tyre wear (again, ditto above for latter)
more of a managerial career mode, start off at low level racing working way up kind of thing.
maybe, like gt5, some sort of controllable ai driver career mode.

Did anyone ever play the ToCA Race Driver series on PS2. I loved them, obviously for the driving, but also the story in career mode that was told through cut-scenes. I know it's kind of cheesy, and it'd be hard to to do in all the different languages, but I loved it. Thought it was brilliant.

DEFINATELY NEED some babes for pit lane and holding number boards up etc. scantily clad ones at that.

ban baz from making suggestions
keep f-a class
agree with dan re 80's hot hatches
more/different tracks
more layers in livery editor
a better frickin curve layer that doesn't become microscopically thin just as u get the curve you want
its called 'motorsport' so lets have more new and classic race cars from more countries...Japanese race cars, British & European touring cars (Rover SD1, BMW 320, Capri, CLASSIC MINI etc etc) We have the Prius but no 4dr BMW 320 that is the base car for so many Touring car series???
Too many American 'icons' not enuff Japanese and European, where is the Mk1 Escort et all? MG's are not Motorsport icons, reckon they were picked from a tourists postcard ideal of EngLondonLand...although that does make me wonder where the Red bus and the Mini are teehee
Learn from Forza 4 as to where to put the sticky areas especially Hock
More of the Team Dynamics alloy wheel range
Season play based on RL events maybe? Season 1 DTM's, Season 2 BTCC, Season 3 ALMS etc etc
More fonts so as not to eat up my already limited layer count so much
Livery editor without glarey lights casting reflections
Keep clubs in
Ability to colour vinyl's metallic and pearls not just basic colours
Matt vinyl and paint options
Symmetrical cars
Ability to line up more than 1 car in your garage for pic opportunities, how cool would the warehouse look with all your fave cars lined up in?

I think I like you even more now Lucy after those suggestions. You seem to think along similar lines. I've highlighted the ones I particularly like.


Oh and regarding the story mode thing. I didn't mean the pit babes! I meant the general story. Like having a team manager and the little motor home, and not necessarily a video production team making a reality TV programme, but some sort of story than creates a bit of tension and friction perhaps. As much as some (though not all) pit babes may look pretty, Turn 10 would seriously have some questions to answer regarding stereotypes and prejudicing their audience.

When watching a replay, the "Exit" button should not be next to the "Take Photo" button, especially when on lap 17 First time I've actually done this and boy, was I not 'appy.
