"ochilbaz" the Baz part I get, what does the ochil bit mean?

the "ochils" is the name of the range of hills that i live at the foot of. gods country mate, sheer beauty, no major roads, no pollution, no english, just rolling countryside and me of course.

Sounds good, I have to agree, living in the countryside amongst some beautiful scenery would be a dream come true, downside is, It will be industrialised on once Scotland leaves the U.K.
