PNUK Season 5

Can I officially sign up for the Evo's.
Still undecided on the GT's.
Is it a silly question to ask what day of the week they'll be staged?

Sunday evening 7pm through to around 10pm if im not mistaken, after the Clio's of course, and I think it will be one event after the other, so one round of the Evo's, and two rounds of the GT's.

If anyone else is intestesed post you name below we are going to finalise all details this week and confirm all the groupings

I have updated the Season 5 GT rules post. Click here for a direct link. Pretty much all the details are finalized now, just need to confirm the driver groupings

Not long now till we can get this underway...getting kinda excited now, think the combo of Lancers then the GT's should make for fun Sunday nights and give a nice mix of styles

We will confirm the groupings as soon as we can so we can all get on with our own personal testing, finding a favorite car and getting on with the builds and painting. Dont forget guys, if u want any of the PNUK logo strips/numberboards they are on my SF or send me a PM (think it would be nice if we all used PNUK numberboards, especially for photos and the replays). All the replays go on my SF for u all to view and re-live moments of glory or pain and for any non member who views them, it just helps us as a club to look a bit better maybe

I would do this but i think i would be limited to which weeks i could race , so maybe best to pass on this and give up the slot to someone who will be able to make it each week.

Thanks for letting us know Sim you are always welcome if you find yourself free.

Hopefully we will be running some lobby's throughout the next week for both series to test the PI and lobby settings are correct before we start for real. Hopefully this will not create any problems we have overlooked, but if it does we will have time to rectify them. So if anyone is on just jump in to the party/lobby.

All racers who have signed up so far have now been assigned a group so happy car picking, tuning and painting

Season 5 start date will be announced very shortly, definitely going to be very soon

For anyone who is in group 2 for the GT's, your start PI for the Lancers can be A600
For anyone who is in group 3 for the GT's, your start PI for the Lancers can be S610
For anyone who is in group 4 for the GT's, your start PI for the Lancers can be S630

Daft question Bud, if u use the M3 GTR, isnt the maximum PI you can get 759 within the rules? Your PI group is 761 to 775. Just thought i'd mention it as you could pick a faster car if u wanted? Or did you mean one of the M3 GT2's?

So its an evo a600 race then a gt race? Im guessing im group 2 so ill take the audi r8 if thats cool

Are there any vinyl requirements like a pnuk numberboard or logo. I know i left it late but would still want to have some kinda livery.

No vinyl requirements Ret it's 1 evo race followed by 2 GT races. Do some laps in each around around Nurburgring Short (Evo's) and Nurburing GP (GT's) and PM me your times so I can confirm your group. And the Audi R8 is fine to use Ret.

Can I race the GT's in a Transit? handles better than this damn Mercedes at the moment

For the GT's round Nurburg GP think most of us were between 1m59's to 2m02's.

Can't remember the Evo times off the top of my head.

EVO qualifying will start once everyone is in the lobby or at 7.30pm precisely whichever comes sooner. Please restart or reset routers and check NAT settings before the race if you need too to avoid the dreaded lag. Again a reminder if anyone feels aggrieved by a competitors actions on the track PM myself, Baz, Lou or Si and we will investigate and dish our punishments if needed please DO NOT take it into the public forums. Please can you ALL read the code of conduct if you haven't done so already. And let's all make Season 5 our best yet
