Car discrepancies
Hopefully people have had chance to test a few of the cars so has anybody found any car(s) that are underpowered or overpowered yet? Before we finalise the builds.
Re: Car discrepancies

Re: Car discrepancies
The Gullwing has only 4 gears (dunno about the rest of the cars) but it maxes out banging the rev limiter at the end of some straights.

Road Atlanta - No, but very close
le mans bugatti - No
Nurburgring ring gp - No
Catalunya GP - Yes
Laguna Seca - No
Silverstone International - No
Alps Festival - Yes
Other Tracks:
Mount Panaroma - Yes
Nürburg Nordschleife - Yes
Spa - No, but barely. May depend on how well you take some corners like eau rouge and how much aero you run.
Indianapolis - No, but well into the red area.
Le Mans La Sarthe (with chicanes) - Yes, big time.
Long Beach - No, only track were 1st gear is useful as well.
Nürburg Norschleife - Yes
Prague Full - No
Road America - No, but very close.
Sebring Full - No
Yas Marina GP - No, fairly close.
The tracks that are on the edge of banging the rev limiter are ok if you're driving alone. But if you are in someones slipstream there is of course a possibility that you'll eventually hit the rev limiter. Thus making your slipstream advantage not such of an advantage.
Maybe we could add the gearbox to every car that lets you tinkle with the final gear ratio.

Re: Car discrepancies
All the cars have 4 speed boxes except the DB5 which has 5. Will have a look at installing the sport gearboxes (adjustable final ratio) if I get chance in the next few days, but this may have to begin the testing process all over again as some of the cars the length of the gears imo is equalling them out and with shorter ratios will be overpowered. If this is the case it maybe easier to adjust the track list. And lol at tinkle, tinkle away Lars.
Re: Car discrepancies
My 2 cents, is stick to the shorter tracks that are approx 1 minute 30 seconds per lap, should see some closer racing imho

Re: Car discrepancies
after testing with the sport box builds it could work but due to the tracks having variations that don`t require that we`ve got the final track list and tested the merc finding it should be fine.
