FM5 League possibilities, perhaps? :)
With me being able to buy a Xbox One at the beginning of September. I took a look at the Forza 5 carlist. I have to say, it's a list full of ups and downs. The absence of a BMW 320/318/316 touring car legend still bugs me to death, just to name an example. But I'm trying to do the good thing and try to be positive. What I've done is look through the carlist and I came up with some leagues/series. Some of which are quite obvious and have been mentioned before and others that I haven't seen or heard of. PI-indexes displayed are stock. No DLC's required. Enough talking, here is the list:
Classic American Series:
I know there are a couple of PNUK members that would like to see this happen. I'm not really an expert if it comes to classic Americans. So I've put a list together of cars that are roughly from the same year and PI-index.
AMC Javelin-AMX

Chevrolet Camaro SS Coupé
1969 D358
Chevrolet Camaro Z28
1970 D366
Dodge Challenger R/T
1970 D380
Ford Mustang Boss 302
1969 D362
Oldsmobile Hurst/Olds 442
1968 D358
Plymouth Cuda 426 HEMI
1971 D377
Pontiac Firebird Trans Am
1969 D364
Pontiac GTO Judge
1969 D362
V8 Sedan/Coupé Series:
Inspired by a YouTube video that Dan posted some time ago, I looked up the possibilities and this is what I came up with. I assume the RS5 has AWD so it will need a rear wheel drive conversion for sure.
Audi RS5 Coupé (RWD Conversion)
2011 B548
BMW M3
2008 B521
Cadillac CTS-V Coupé
2011 B527
Chevrolet Camaro ZL1
2012 B596
Chrysler 300 SRT8
2012 C477
Dodge Challenger SRT8 392
2012 C500
Dodge Charger SRT8
2012 C469
Lexus IS F
2009 B511
Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series
2012 B581
90's Super Car Series:
I've never really raced 90's super cars, I hope you guys haven't as well, because this might be fun. Be prepared, these cars don't have fancy flappy paddles. All cars are fitted with mantrans
Dodge Viper GTS ACR
1999 B561
Ferrari F50
1995 A646
Lamborghini Diablo SV
1997 A616
McLaren F1
1993 A680
RUF CTR2
1995 A635
Japanese Tuner Series:
With me being a huge fan of Japanese sports cars (no rice intended) a list like this puts a smile on my face, especially if they would all fit in my garage underneath a multimillion dollar house. This is going to be a mash-up with RWD and AWD cars, if this is going to be a problem I think it is better to only race the RWD cars since there is more choice or have RWD conversions, if that is possible of course. The Supra sure is a tuning legend with it's inline 6 engine. But I'm not very sure of it's circuit-racing abilities. Nevertheless, I've put it on the list.
Honda S2000 CR

Toyota MR2 GT
1995 C401
Toyota Supra RZ
1998 C462
Toyota GT86

Hot Hatchback Series:
I don't really know what to say, fits a family of four, a boot that will hold groceries and enough power to the front wheels to be fun at the track. Oh and of course, reasonably priced as well, mostly, that is. The Golf is AWD if I'm not mistaking, this one will need a FWD conversion if possible.

Renault Mégane RS 250
2010 C416
Vauxhall Astra VXR
2012 C436
Volkswagen Golf R (FWD conversion)

Hope you guys like it. Please comment what you think of it. Commenting with Pro's and Con's would be a nice way to know what would be possible and what not. Thanks.

Don't have an Xbox One or FM5 so can't really say much, but i like the idea of the Japanese Tuners. The V8 sedans has always been a series I've wanted to have a proper go at too. My two pennies worth.

The first series we done were Mazda mx5's and wicked has just completed an American muscle series. We are also just about to take part in a Japanese series with virtual motorsport. We already have cars prepped for a touring car series but due to lack of entrants it has currently been put on hold.

Hot hatches def require some investigating. Will be interesting as we tried to include the Astra in the Touring Cars that's all set up and ready to go, but we couldn't get it competitive. Maybe hot hatches will be more its home
All ideas are good ideas for me Lars, would be nice to get enough committed numbers to run our own series again

Well, Baz' no does come with quite an obvious reason, nothing he or PNUK can do about. I didn't put up this topic for immediate racing, I know very well that this is going to take quite a while. Is the American Muscle thingy happening within PNUK, or together with another club? Either way, I'd like to join any racing series with you guys involved. I think it's a good thing running along with different clubs, see how they organize all of their races and such. We'll see

The muscle series Gaz is in I think quite well progressed. The Vm series we are doing doesn't start till August so if u get your One at the start of Sept you could maybe jump in halfway through that After that, I have no idea what the future holds

Re: FM5 League possibilities, perhaps? :)
We are all waiting for you Lars lol. Just about to start a virtual Motorsport series in a few weeks. PNUK race series are a bit of a non starter at the moment because there is only myself, Lou, gaz, gaz and si that have progressed from the 360. Sure we have had new members into the club since the launch of the xbone but they just dwindle away within a couple of weeks. It is incredibly hard to recruit people into the club environment at the moment because turn 10 destroyed the community with forza 5.
The game itself has its knockers because of a lack of content but I really like it. Not a lot of tracks but the ones that are in it are brilliant

I will try to get the xbox one asap hoping I can get into the series halfway through. And yes Baz, I know, it is very hard to prevent people from dwindling away. Dan, how about your xbone?
