Re: CQR Poll on FM.net
voted yes. only reason i got interested in fm4 was through my club and that`s why i kept playing! without clubs and the features mentioned T10 seem to be anti community yet everyone knows how strong "communities" were in forza and how they made the game, baffling to say the least!
the actual game play is superb but the dumbed down and missing integral parts of the game are shocking, absolutely shocking!
can`t see forza5 lasting long for me without a community, the game`s just not good enough without one.
^^^^^^^^^ my fm.net post.

Re: CQR Poll on FM.net
Very similar to mine Si
Voted Yes, my club have raced at least 10 successful seasons in FM4 and we have raced with you guys at TORA. The lack of lobby options and the ability to save replays is a severe step backwards. I really think Turn10 are trying to take the community aspect away from FM5. Will post it up on our forum and get the guys and girls from Pixel Motorsport to give you their backing.

Brian Ekberg has responded
Mechberg:
Hey guys, I wanted to chime in here. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what you think. While we don’t currently have any specific updates on saving multiplayer replays, please know that we hear you and are taking the community’s feedback into consideration.

Original post by CQR Chris
Do you wish to the return of multiplayer features?? These missing features such as spectating, replay saving, ability to save lobby settings have a huge impact on what organised championships can offer to the community and it gets to the point Forza 4 is where they will have to stay. Not only does it affect racing communities how about drifting? How can you save those epic tandem drifts that last longer than 30 seconds or 5 minutes. I am doing this poll to hopefully see a landslide victory one way so that T10 can listen to the community.
And I'm not surprised Ekberg has responded if there is no community do you need a community manager?
Nice post also Lou.

Re: CQR Poll on FM.net
The only reason for me to buy the xbone is because of Forza 5. But seeing all the features that lack, I'm not going to buy something that costs 500€ and is probably going to disappoint me.

Re: CQR Poll on FM.net
Thanks Gaz Nice to see Brian has at least responded...cant think of anything that antagonises peeps more than if they think they aren't being listened to Hopefully the fact that T10 have responded should keep the thread on topic and keep it as a serious source for T10 to hopefully listen to

Re: CQR Poll on FM.net
The game play is brilliant Lars, was mainly doing lower classes D and C cars handle very very well, bought the Fezza 458 this morning and it handles like all the road tests I have ever read about it really is remarkable. The lacking features are annoying, but I'm sure we can figure away around them to get a league off of the ground in the new year. I'm not disappointed one tiny bit just a little frustrated by the lack of community content.SmellzLikeBacon wrote:The only reason for me to buy the xbone is because of Forza 5. Re: CQR Poll on FM.net
thing is i must have hit a nerve as it was a question, it had no profanities and stated a fact. so why delete it, because he obviously must be worried for his job, HA! T10 not only screwing the consumer but their own staff as well

Re: CQR Poll on FM.net
also, ALSO (someone stop me i`m fired up for a bit of tinterwebz warrior ) why are all the cqr, bg and other "big clubs" kissing arse by sucking up and blowing smoke up brians` ass, yes he replied but as one of the dutch cra guys mentioned it`s only words and he didn`t even state anything. his reply regarding T10 taking on the comments, pppfffttttt, absolute crap! T10 knew how much the community meant to forza yet have tried to abolish that very thing from the off.

Re: CQR Poll on FM.net
I'll have a teeny go at stopping u Brian, as i understand it is the community manager of T10 most especially the forums and games with dev nites etc. They are all still there and if anything the forum is busier than ever If anything, i would say he will be working harder and earning his keep a lot more right now with the number of dissatisfied consumers out there As in most industries, the PR department do their most work when the proverbial hits the fan I most def think i wouldn't want to be in his and his teams shoes on the first Forza 5 games with devs night...he most def has my utmost respect and sympathy tbh My sympathy comes from RL as the company i work for isn't exactly having the best of times at the mo and the press is rather poor...i have to deal with the vitriol and fallout from this on a daily basis even though in my position i couldn't be further removed from the aforementioned actions/press etc
