So car list is up builds should be up by tomorrow sign ups will be open on Monday.

What do you think?

Where?

Is the Gallardo going to be AWD or RWD?

Its RWD Lars, the PI is slightly lower than the other builds to compensate for the conversion.

Just tested all of them stock and itsthe 430 for me

All builds are up test and tune people test and tune

When can we start stating the cars we want as it's first come first serve?

When sign ups open on Monday GT we will be asking you to sign up with 1st and 2nd choice of cars.

And I will have first dibs lol.

First and second choice? Is it not first come first served then?

Its just in case your first choice has already been taken your second choice will be counted instead.

Well I've narrowed it down to three! Looks like the Porsches will have the jump start again this season

I don't think they will have an advantage off the line because most of the other cars are mid/rear engined.

Alfa for me I like the sideways factor.

It was still gripping a lot quicker during my testing

Did five laps in each on two different circuits (one handling circuit one acceleration), so that's 10 laps in each car in total. Only using the club garage versions, so no tuning gone into it, other than what Gaz did.

The Ford is an absolute weapon! That thing shifts and it's well planted in the corners, but you can tell it's the heaviest. If I wasn't on full Ford affinity already, it'd be a no brainer of a decision.

The Porsche is probably the next best in my opinion. It's a no drama car. Once you've got used to the characteristics of the Porsche it's really easy to drive.

The Ferrari... I'm unsure of. It's brilliantly quick, but in my hands, I'm not sure I could do consistent lap times with it.

The Lambo. The quiet one of the bunch. Doesn't do anything fantasticly well, but it's by no means a slug of a car. I found myself leaning towards this over the rest.

The Alfa is a tame-able monster. Like the Porsche, once you get used to it's characteristics it's quick, and personally I had the most fun in the Alfa out of all of them.

In terms of the noise. The Alfa wins hands down. It sounds awesome.

Regardless of my opinions, the times will of course speak louder.

I was going to end the tests there, but I thought I'd do a top speed run at Le Mans. Since each has different cornering abilities I parked at the cones outside Terte Rouge and began the test there.

1. Ford, 191mph
2. Porsche, 188mph
3. Ferrari, 186mph
4. Alfa, 181mph
5. Lambo, 180mph.

Can we have a review of the lambos pi? I think it's just too far behind on every track I've tested it on....

Not at the moment GT, all PI will be increased or decreased once everyone has picked their car. We will probably put up 2 times on 2 different tracks for people to aim for so if you chose the Lambo and find it too slow you would add PI until it gets close to that time. The builds that up will be the mandatory parts and I would suggest people add grip before power, not that anyone ever listens to me

except for the lambo, it's got loads of grip it's just sooooooooooo slow

When I was testing it with the widest tyres at 671 it was a good 0.5 quicker than the rest, that's why the build is at a lower PI to compensate plus the fact you gain 25pi converting to rwd. It's my pick of the bunch its that or the Fezza for me but my affinity with Ferrari is already maximum.

Regardless of how much grip you add, if it's down on power and top speed, when you get to circuits like Road America, Le Mans and Norschleife, it'll be more like 0.5 slower a lap, on every lap. I've done a whole season with a straight line deficit. Trust me. I know.
I admit, it's a brilliant handling car, and I love how it looks and it was my first choice... until I did the top speed run. Now I haven't a clue what to go for. To play with my head (Ford) or just drive a car I like (Lambo or Alfa)... or somewhere in between (Porsche).

Well well well, what a difficult decision to make! Been playing with all 5 cars(btw where can I tune them) not that I need to, all 5 are great setups, nice one Gaz, was using the alps festival, and the Lambo was the one closest to my Diablo GT time, but not the fastest on take off(Porsche won that) the ford made best the noise, and the Alfa was the most fun to drive,the Ferrari was a great all round car(but not my favourite) it's gonna be a tough choice!

Build list for each car are HERE Paul just click the spolier tab under each car if you wish to build and tune them. The ones in the garage have no tune on them at all so I can't take any credit for that.
