as i`ve given up with the forza servers for a while i thought i`d try get as many cars in my garage good all round tunes. some parts of a tune no matter what car it`s on seems to be always in a universal ball park figure. camber always seems to work best around -.7 to -1 front and rear. tyre psi always seems to work best around 28/29 front and rear.

i was tuning one of my fwd cars (can`t remember which) and used the exect tune from that on the lancia 037, what a cracking base tune it was for the lancia. surely that shouldn`t be? i haven`t had time to play around with that tune on the lancia to see if it can be improved upon but i`m not sure if i want to as it`s pretty good as is.

should be interesting as i do more cars to see if any other parts of a tune seem to be the same across the board.

anyone else had any experiences like this?

I typically use a base tune for all my cars and then tune from there, but it's surprising how little it changes, i must run some 20 A class cars with near identical tunes. Same with the parts I put on the car.

personally my rwd and fwd tunes totally differ but then I could be doing things wrong with the rwd though.

in my experience the car build is alot more important than the tune of the car. get the build wrong and theres not alot you can do tuning wise to make up. but a good build will always pay off.
